Accessibility Statement
Our commitment to making this website usable by as many people as possible.

Our commitment
We want this website to be usable by everyone, including people who use screen readers, navigate by keyboard, need larger text, or prefer reduced motion. We have aimed to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) version 2.2 at Level AA as a standard of good practice.
What we have done
- Semantic structure. Pages use real headings in a logical order, real lists, real form labels and landmark regions, so assistive technology can navigate them.
- Keyboard access. Every link, button, form field and the mobile menu can be operated from the keyboard, and there is a "Skip to main content" link at the start of every page.
- Visible focus. The keyboard focus indicator is a high-contrast ring with an offset, so you can always see where you are.
- Colour contrast. Text and interface colours were checked against WCAG contrast thresholds, and the palette is verified automatically whenever the site is rebuilt.
- Never colour alone. Required fields, errors, external links and the current page are indicated by text or symbols as well as colour.
- Text alternatives. Meaningful images have descriptive alternative text; decorative graphics are hidden from assistive technology.
- Forms that explain themselves. Errors are described in text, associated with the field they relate to, and announced to assistive technology rather than shown only as a colour change.
- Reduced motion. If your device is set to reduce motion, transitions and smooth scrolling are switched off.
- Resizing and zoom. Text can be enlarged and the page can be zoomed without content being cut off or overlapping, and there is no horizontal scrolling at narrow widths.
- Touch targets. Interactive controls are sized for comfortable use on a phone.
- No moving or flashing content. There are no carousels, auto-playing video or flashing elements.
- Works without JavaScript. All content and navigation remain available if JavaScript is unavailable.
Known limitations
We are honest about where we are not yet finished:
- This statement reflects automated testing and manual keyboard review. It has not yet been validated by an independent accessibility audit or by testing with users of assistive technology.
- Some product photography is still to be supplied by us. Where an image is not yet available the page shows a clearly labelled placeholder, which is announced as such.
- Our brand websites are separate websites built on different platforms. This statement covers this corporate website only and does not extend to them.
- Documents we send you by email as part of a quotation, such as specifications in PDF form, may not yet meet the same standard. Ask us and we will provide the information in another format.
