1. Purpose of this website

This website exists to provide information about our company, our divisions, our brands and our products, and to allow business customers to make enquiries. It is an informational and enquiry website. It is not a shop: nothing on it can be ordered or paid for online.

Nothing on this website is an offer to sell, a quotation, or a commitment to supply. Product descriptions, formats, pack sizes and case quantities describe what we produce in general terms; they are not a guarantee of availability at any particular time.

This website does not publish prices. Any price we give you is given in a written quotation, applies to the specification and quantity stated in that quotation, and is valid only for the period the quotation states.

We take reasonable care to keep the information on this website accurate and current, but we do not warrant that it is complete, accurate or up to date at all times. Product ranges, formats and company information change. If a detail matters to a decision you are about to make, ask us to confirm it in writing rather than relying on this website.

We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of this website at any time without notice.

All content on this website, including text, layout, design, graphics, photographs and the arrangement of the site, is owned by us or used by us with permission, and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights.

Simba Vanilla, Mr. Korosho, Coffee Vibes and the Island Treasures Ltd name and logo are our brands and trade marks. Nothing on this website grants you any licence or right to use them. You may view this website, and print or download extracts, for your own legitimate business purposes such as evaluating us as a supplier. You may not:
