How we handle quality, and what we will not claim
This page describes what we actually do. It does not display certification badges, because we only display certifications that are verified, current and relevant to the products shown.

What we do, in practical terms
Product care
Our products are food, and they are handled as food from packing through storage to dispatch. Packing, sealing and storage conditions are set with the product's requirements in mind, particularly for vanilla, where moisture matters, and for roasted coffee and coated nuts, where freshness and seal integrity do.
Packing to specification
Each line has a defined pack format and product specification: grade, weight, pack size, case quantity. Orders are packed to that specification, which is what makes a repeat order behave like the one before it.
Grading
Vanilla is graded, and the grade is stated. Gourmet Premium, Gourmet and Extract Grade serve different applications, and we will advise which is appropriate rather than supplying the most expensive option by default.
Packaging standards
Retail packaging is specified to survive retail conditions and to present the brand properly on shelf. Outer cases are specified for transport in the conditions our products actually travel in.
Traceability in principle
We maintain internal records that let us identify what was supplied to whom, in what format, and when. We keep the detail of our supply arrangements confidential, but the internal thread exists and is used when a customer raises a query.
Food safety awareness
Handling, storage and packing practices are set with food safety in mind, and staff involved in production and packing work to those practices. Where a customer or a market requires specific certification, we will discuss what is in place and what would need to be obtained rather than imply coverage we do not have.
Professional customer service
Quotations are written, specifications are stated, and questions get answered by someone who knows the product. If we cannot meet a requirement, we say so.
Responsible business practice
We operate as a registered Tanzanian company, meet our tax and reporting obligations, and expect the same standards from the businesses we deal with. Our ingredients are responsibly selected from Tanzanian supply.
Continuous improvement
Packaging, grading, process and documentation are revisited as the business grows and as customers tell us what is not working. Complaints are treated as information.
